Service Level Agreement

Introduction

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) is intended to define and safeguard service expectations between Get it done for you B.V. and its customers. We strive to provide high-quality services that seamlessly align with the needs of our customers.

Hosting and Technical Support

For hosting-related issues, we will immediately escalate the matter to the relevant hosting provider and work closely with them to find a solution. Please note that our ability to resolve such issues is partly dependent on the response time and support of the hosting provider.

Maintenance and Updates

We perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure the performance and security of the systems. Customers will be informed in advance of planned maintenance activities that may affect availability.

Data Backup and Recovery

We regularly back up customer data. In the event of data loss, we will do our utmost to restore the data, with the note that full data integrity cannot be guaranteed in all cases due to external factors.

Communication and Reporting

We ensure clear and regular communication with our customers. For large-scale projects or long-term outages, we provide periodic updates on progress and expected recovery time.

Improvements and Suggestions

We are always open to feedback and suggestions from our customers. We actively use this input to continuously improve and optimize our services.

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, including natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, and other unforeseen events, we cannot be held liable for the failure or delay in fulfilling the provisions of this SLA.

Changes to the SLA

This SLA may be periodically revised by us. Customers will be informed in a timely manner of significant changes to the service level.

Reference to General Terms and Conditions

For additional provisions, including but not limited to liability, warranties, and dispute resolution, Get it done for you B.V. refers to its General Terms and Conditions. These form an integral part of this Service Level Agreement and are leading in the execution of our services.
